2" x 3" stone is a larger crushed stone, roughly 2 to 3 inches across. It's built for heavy-duty jobs where you need big voids for water to move or a tough base that won't wash out.

Tips

Larger stone isn't comfortable to drive on by itself. For a driveway, it's often used as a bottom layer and capped with #57 or #78.
